Summary Critique

  1. Clearer description of who will interact with these spaces
  2. What's the motive behind this?
  3. Two part explanation: what organization wants to do, more positive, an outreach (along with sad?)
  4. Get face-to-face with chosen organization
  5. Make them feel, have them react positively to that and then do something about it
  6. Negative lasts longer than positive
  7. Add contrast/opposites?
  8. Focus on attributes/causes of the organization instead of the down-side of the experiences
  9. How many people will be experiencing this and at what time?
  10. Record/document interactions
