Summary Critique
- Clearer description of who will interact with these spaces
- What's the motive behind this?
- Two part explanation: what organization wants to do, more positive, an outreach (along with sad?)
- Get face-to-face with chosen organization
- Make them feel, have them react positively to that and then do something about it
- Negative lasts longer than positive
- Add contrast/opposites?
- Focus on attributes/causes of the organization instead of the down-side of the experiences
- How many people will be experiencing this and at what time?
- Record/document interactions
